
I grabbed a drink with Ted yesterday at this country bar in the middle of nowhere. Max and Mini-Ted were along for the ride. I asked Michael, Ted’s son, “Hey bud what’d you do today?”
His response: “Play.”
This is all just a game, it’ll work itself out in the end.

The thing I miss the most about the newspaper is my co-workers. Luckily, I’m still logging some quality time with my people still aboard that ship. One of those people (pictured) would like to remain anonymous. Clue: He drives a deal-mobile and his name rhymes with snack bagel.

gasworks

Gasworks park is one of my favorite places in America. The fact that a city that takes a HUGE chunk of prime waterfront real estate and preserves it as a public park (perfect for kite flying) is just one of the reasons I love Seattle.
